New Communities seeks a DSP Team Leader to oversee a direct care team for adults with intellectual challenges. This full-time role follows a 7:00 AM–3:00 PM schedule with on-call after hours rotation and a pay range of $25.50–$28.00 per hour depending on experience and certifications.

The position requires a high school diploma, Maine driver's license, and supervisory experience; CPR/FA, CRMA, and Behavioral Intervention Training within 120 days of hire are required.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active Maine driver's license is required.
• One year of healthcare experience and one year of supervisory experience preferred.
• English communication with residents and staff is essential.

Aufgaben

• Lead and supervise the direct care team with support from the Program Manager.
• Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure safe facility coverage.
• Assist residents with service plan goals and provide personal care.
• Offer guidance to clients and staff during crises.
• Oversee medication administration for safety and compliance.
• Manage intake and discharge processes and maintain clinical records.
• Collaborate with guardians and external agencies to deliver high-quality services.
