The role supports adults with developmental disabilities, assisting with daily living activities, medications, meals, and transportation. Training is provided; weekends may include higher pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver\'s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to pass criminal/registry background checks and a drug screen.
• Clear tuberculosis (TB) screening.
• Ability to pass and maintain required trainings such as CPR/first aid, medication administration, and positive behavioral support training.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including medication administration, cooking meals, personal hygiene, and transportation to medical appointments.
• Implement individual behavioral plans and teach residents new skills.
• Encourage participation in community outings and recreational activities; support independence and community integration.
• Report health and safety concerns and maintain accurate documentation.
