Alternatives, Inc. in Jackson, NJ is hiring a part-time Awake Overnight Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting.

You will administer medications, assist with daily living activities, and help residents participate in community outings while implementing behavioral plans. The position offers paid trainings, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for advancement as part of a supportive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid drivers license with a good driving record.
• Pass criminal/registry background checks and a drug screen.
• Clear tuberculosis (TB) screening.
• Ability to pass and maintain trainings such as CPR/first aid, medication administration, and positive behavioral support training.
• Basic computer skills.
