Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in customer service, operations, data entry, call center, dispatch, or logistics.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when multitasking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based software applications.

Responsibilities

• Respond to driver inquiries and customer concerns with empathy and professionalism, providing clear and concise information.
• Enter new load orders and shipment information into proprietary software with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Conduct proactive check calls to track and trace drivers, maintaining transparent communication and building driver relationships.
• Coordinate internal correspondence with drivers to ensure accurate documentation and timely updates on shipment status.
• Monitor freight movement across tracking platforms to verify delivery times and notify customers of potential delays.
• Collect, organize, and maintain documentation for each shipment, ensuring records are complete and accessible.
• Maintain consistent outbound call volume while prioritizing quality interactions and customer satisfaction.
• Balance multiple tasks while maintaining organizational systems and meeting daily performance goals.
