Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal driver communications for timely updates on shipment status.
• Monitor freight movement across tracking platforms to verify delivery times.
• Collect and maintain documentation for each shipment.
• Collaborate with Sales and Dispatch to identify solutions for customer needs.
• Maintain consistent outbound call volume while ensuring quality interactions.
• Respond to driver inquiries and customer concerns with professionalism.
• Balance multiple tasks while maintaining organizational systems.
• Suggest process improvements to freight brokerage operations.
