Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Must have working knowledge of safe lifting and transporting procedures.
• Experience with freight transportation procedures.
• Able to use dock yard management system to monitor shipment locations.
• Properly read shipping labels and forms.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight on trailers using forklift or manual methods.
• Follow safe loading techniques and secure freight with straps or airbags.
• Transport freight around the service center as needed.
• Read and interpret shipping documents and yard manifests.
• Ensure quality loading and securement for all trailers.
