The role requires a high school diploma and 1–2 years of dispatching or supervisory experience, with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage multiple priorities during the overnight schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the routing of night-shift pickups, optimizing driver/owner-operator use.
• Monitor attendance, time logs, absences and related issues.
• Serve as primary contact for drivers, providing communication and support.
• Develop and organize transportation routes in CLI.
• Supervise dock personnel and drivers to support nightly operations.
• Communicate with employees and management at all levels.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
