Airgas in Santa Fe Springs, CA is seeking a Distribution Supervisor to lead daily route planning, driver coaching, and order processing to keep deliveries safe, on time, and efficient. This role partners with the Branch Manager to drive operational excellence in a busy distribution environment.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years in dispatch or supervisory roles, a high school diploma or equivalent, and experience reading safety and operating documents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2–3 years related experience or training.
• 1–2 years in dispatch operations and direct supervisory roles.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating documents.

Responsibilities

• Dynamic Dispatch & Routing: pull daily orders and build efficient routes with load sheets.
• Safety & Compliance Leadership: manage DOT docs and conduct driver ride-alongs.
• Driver Coaching & Support: provide frontline operational support to drivers.
• Order & Inventory Tracking: process tickets and handle asset tracking.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: work with warehouse, production, and leadership.
