Shift Start Times: Sunday at 8:00 PM; Monday–Thursday at 11:00 PM

Position Overview

Total Transportation & Distribution, Inc. is seeking a motivated and experienced SFS-PM Operations Supervisor to join our team in Santa Fe Springs, CA.

The Operations Supervisor will provide leadership and oversee nighttime dispatch operations, including routing transportation requirements for customers, coordinating drivers and owner-operators, and supervising dock personnel. This role is essential to ensuring efficient route planning, effective resource utilization, and smooth nightly operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the routing of customer pickups during the night shift, optimizing the use of company drivers and owner-operators based on destinations and delivery volumes.
• Monitor and track employee and owner-operator attendance, time logs, absences, and related operational issues.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, providing communication and support as needed.
• Develop and organize transportation routes in CLI.
• Supervise and coordinate dock team members and drivers to support efficient daily operations.
• Communicate effectively with employees and management at all organizational levels.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

This position is fully on site at our Santa Fe Springs, CA location and has a pay range of $77,000-$78,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
