Qualifications

• Overnight shift with weekends/holidays as needed.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL-P endorsement desirable.
• Pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
• CAC clearance eligibility the requirement.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication with drivers, supervisors, and customers.
• Proficiency in Office apps and dispatch systems.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch drivers, vehicles, and equipment daily.
• Monitor transportation activities and adherence to schedules.
• Communicate with drivers about route assignments, schedule changes, delays, and emergencies.
• Track vehicle locations and transportation status.
• Maintain records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and reports.
• Coordinate responses to disruptions, accidents, or weather-related challenges.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety requirements.
• Receive and process transportation requests from internal departments and external customers.
• Collaborate with supervisors to optimize routes and reduce costs.
• Assist with driver timekeeping and attendance tracking.
• Address customer inquiries professionally.
