Job summary

E-E-Wine-Inc is seeking a Night Dispatcher / Fleet Operations Specialist to coordinate overnight fuel deliveries and support drivers. You will manage routes, assignments, and communications to ensure safe, timely, and compliant operations during the overnight shift.

The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with management to address issues that arise outside daytime hours.

Qualifications

• CDL required or ability to obtain.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements or ability to obtain.
• Clean driving record.
• Must pass DOT/FMCSA pre-employment screening.
• Ability to work night shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Able to operate dispatch, routing and communication systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor overnight fuel deliveries, driver assignments, routes, and schedules.
• Communicate with drivers and support by responding to calls involving delivery instructions, customer needs, route changes, delays, and emergencies.
• Monitor driver progress and address issues affecting timely or safe deliveries.
• Adjust routes as field conditions change to maintain efficiency.
• Maintain records and shift notes for daily sales reports.
• Relay operational information to incoming dispatchers and management.
• Coordinate with management and other departments as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
