Qualifikationen

• Experience in transportation dispatching or fleet coordination.
• Real-world routing/scheduling for high-volume fleets.
• Experience with routing software like Produce Pro and Google tools.
• Knowledge of ELD and DOT compliance.
• Spanish/English bilingual preferred.

Aufgaben

• Review, edit, and optimize nightly delivery routes using Produce Pro and Google platforms.
• Coordinate and schedule deliveries for approximately 70 trucks (straight trucks and semi).
• Monitor route progress and adjust schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain driver schedules and approve time-off requests as needed.
• Utilize ELD systems to monitor driver activity, locations and hours-of-service.
• Communicate routing changes and updates with drivers, warehouse staff and management.
• Identify vehicle issues and report to leasing company and management.
• Monitor refrigerated units and report mechanical or temp-control issues.
• Safely operate straight trucks on-site as needed.
• Support overnight operations with safety and customer service focus.
