The Verland Foundation Inc. in Moon Township, PA is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for part-time evening/nigh shifts. The role provides care to residents with complex needs and ensures a safe, supportive home environment.

New wage is $19.25/hr. Training provided; background checks and drug screen required. 8-hour shifts, Sunday 11 pm – 7 am, 30+ hours weekly minimum benefits available.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and transfer without restrictions.
• Must pass a complete Background, Physical, and Drug screening.
• Experience is not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individualized care to residents with complex physical, medical, and intellectual needs.
• Record observations and daily progress notes.
• Assist with meals, personal hygiene, and housekeeping tasks in the house.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities in Verland vehicles.
• Administer medications as required.
• Plan and participate in social, home, and recreational activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
