Mains’l Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional to help people live full, meaningful lives in Big Lake, Monticello or Dayton. You’ll provide person-centered supports, assist with transportation, and help create safe, welcoming living environments while documenting daily activities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid US driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a DHS background check.
• Compassionate, reliable and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered supports including activities of daily living, behavior supports, coaching and skill-building.
• Assist with transportation to activities and medical appointments.
• Maintain safe, clean living environments including laundry, housekeeping and meal prep.
• Teach skills from financial management to communication.
• Be a source of companionship, guidance and advocacy.
• Accurately document care and daily activities.

Pay & Schedule

• Awake Pay: $17.00/hour - $19.00/hour based on level of support
• Asleep Pay: $11.41 during scheduled sleep hours
• Consistent, predictable scheduling
