Sleep Overnight Direct Support Professional

Location: Big Lake, Monticello
Shift: Asleep Overnights 10pm-9am
Wage: $17.00/hour Awake, $11.41 Asleep

What You’ll Do useless:

• Provide supports consistent with what is needed for the person and authorized for Mains’l to provide, such as dressing, bathing, responding to behavioral situations, and coaching through difficult situations.
• Assist with transportation for activities important to the person, including attending medical appointments as needed.
• Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming living environments (laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation).
• Teach valuable skills ranging from financial management to communication.
• Serve as a source of companionship, guidance, and advocacy.
• Document ৱিক care plans as instructed, ensuring accurate records for ongoing support.
