Mains’l Services in Minnesota is seeking Overnight Direct Support Professionals to help individuals live full, meaningful lives in their homes and communities. As a DSP, you’ll provide person-centered supports, assist with transportation, daily living tasks, and teach practical skills.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid US driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a DHS background check.

Responsibilities

• As DSP, support individuals in home and community settings.
• Provide ADL assistance, behavioral supports, coaching, and skill-building.
• Assist with transportation to activities and appointments.
• Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming living environments including laundry and meals.
• Document care and daily activities accurately.

Pay & Schedule

• Awake Pay: $17.00/hour - $19.00/hour based on level of support
• Asleep Pay: $11.41 During scheduled sleep hours
• Consistent, Predictable Scheduling

As a DSP, you’ll support an individual in their home and community. No two days look exactly the same — but your impact is clear.

You May:

• Provide Person Centered Supports tailored to the individual needs (including Activities of Daily Living, behavioral supports, coaching and skill-building)
• Assist with transportation to various activities and medical appointments
• Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming living environments (including laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation.)
• Teach valuable skills—from financial management to communication.
• Be a source of companionship, guidance, and advocacy.
• Accurately document care and daily activities

What We’re Looking For:
