Job summary

People, Incorporated is hiring Direct Care Professionals for overnight shifts in the Fall River area. Positions include full-time overnights with a $21.00/hour base rate and $22.00/hour after one year of benefit-eligible employment. Schedule: Saturday through Tuesday, with multiple locations in the Southcoast region.

No experience is required and paid on-the-job training is provided. The role supports adults with developmental disabilities in residential settings, offering daily living

Qualifications

• Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone’s life.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record.
• Valid driver’s license; Use of your personal vehicle.
• A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after.

Responsibilities

• You will be part of a team supporting adults with development disabilities in a residential program.
• Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes:
• Individual community outings
• Meal preparation
• Assistance with activities of daily living
• Personal care
• Medical appointments
