People Incorporated is hiring Direct Care Professionals for full-time evening shifts in the Southcoast area, including Fall River. You will join a team supporting adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting, assisting with daily activities, meals, personal care, and medical appointments while providing engaging community outings.

No experience required as we provide on-the-job paid training, with opportunities for growth and advancement and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone’s life.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record
• Valid driver’s license; Use of your personal vehicle.
• A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after
