Qualifications

• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record.
• Valid driver’s license; Use of your personal vehicle.
• TB screening and Physical required upon hire and a TB update every two years.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with development disabilities in a residential program.
• Assist with daily activities and ensure a structured routine including meals, personal care, and medical appointments.
• Coordinate individual community outings and daily living tasks.
