Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking Direct Care Professionals for overnight shifts in Massachusetts. Positions are full-time, part-time, or relief/per diem with 11pm-9am schedule on weekends and midweek as listed. Pay is $21.00 per hour, increasing to $22.00 after one year of benefit-eligible employment.

You will support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program, helping with daily activities, meals, personal care, and transportation. Training is provided on the job at no cost.

Qualifications

• Be compassionate and enjoy helping others.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Criminal background check and driving record required.
• Valid driver’s license and use of personal vehicle.
• TB screening and periodic updates required.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program.
• Assist with daily activities and routine.
• Prepare meals and support daily living tasks.
• Attend medical appointments and distribute medications.
• Coordinate individual community outings.
