People Incorporated is seeking Direct Care Professionals for full-time overnights in Massachusetts. The role supports adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting, assisting with daily activities and maintaining structured routines.

Openings in Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and surrounding areas. We offer on-the-job paid training, career development, and a competitive benefits package including health insurance and 403(b).

Qualifications

• Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone’s life
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Qualifying criminal background check and driving record
• TB screening and Physical required upon hire and TB update every two years after

Responsibilities

• You will be part of a team supporting adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program. Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes:
• Individual community outings
• Meal preparation
• Assistance with activities of daily living
• Personal care
• Medical appointments
