Job summary

People Incorporated seeks Direct Care Professionals for full-time evenings to support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting throughout Massachusetts.

Positions available in Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and surrounding areas. Pay starts at $21.00/hour with potential $1 increase after one year of benefit-eligible employment; Ongoing paid training, professional development, and career advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone’s life.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record.
• Valid driver’s license; Use of your personal vehicle.
• TB screening and a physical required upon hire with a TB update every two years.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with development disabilities in a residential program.
• Assist with daily activities and maintain a structured routine.
• Coordinate individual community outings.
• Meal preparation and activities of daily living assistance.
• Medication distribution and accompanying medical appointments.
