Job summary

People Incorporated is hiring Direct Care Professionals for overnight full-time positions in the Fall River area. The role supports adults with developmental disabilities in residential settings, with schedules including nights (11pm–9am) on Sundays, Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

Training is provided, and opportunities for growth, benefits and premiums are included. Openings are available in Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and nearby communities.

Qualifications

• Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone's life.
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record are required.
• Valid driver's license and use of your personal vehicle are needed.
• A TB screening and a TB update every two years after hire are required.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with development disabilities in a residential program.
• Assist with daily activities and maintain a structured routine.
• Provide individual community outings.
• Assist with meal preparation and activities of daily living.
• Support personal care and accompany to medical appointments.
• Assist with medication distribution.
