Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Assistant in Riverside, CA to support our Delivery Drivers on overnight routes. You will lift and move items, unload trailers, and ensure safe, on-time deliveries while representing the company with customers.

We offer competitive pay at $22.35 per hour, start-up benefits after 60 days, plus vacation, sick leave, holidays, and additional programs such as life insurance and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Lift and move product and pallets up to 75 pounds.
• Able to read, write, and understand English for work instructions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailer using a hand truck or 2-wheeled dolly.
• Place all delivery items in customer-designated storage areas.
• Assist the Driver to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.
• Work safely to prevent injuries and damage to products.
• Other duties as assigned.
