Job summary

Uline is seeking an Overnight Customer Service Representative in Kenosha, WI. Pay from $29 to $34 per hour with a $4 shift differential. This full-time, on-site role offers 4-day or 5-day schedules, with weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred Bachelor’s degree).
• Strong problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but training is provided for eager learners.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle inquiries using company tools.
• Answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
• Build relationships with customers via phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
