Job summary

Uline is seeking an Overnight Customer Service Representative in Kenosha to process orders, advise on products, and deliver legendary service. You'll engage with customers via phone, email, and chat, building lasting relationships using world-class technology.

Pay starts at $29–$34 per hour with a $4 shift differential. Full-time, on-site roles with 4- or 5-day schedules, including weekends. Training and growth opportunities are emphasized in a family-owned company culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle inquiries using company systems.
• Be a product and solutions expert to answer questions on products, pricing and shipping.
• Build relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and suggest Uline solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
