Uline, a family-owned leader in shipping and packaging materials, is seeking an Overnight Customer Service Representative to build relationships, provide solutions and deliver legendary service. This on-site role at our Kenosha area location offers rapid training and real growth potential.

Full-time schedules include 4- or 5-day weeks with weekends. You’ll handle orders, answer product questions, and support customers by phone, email and chat using our advanced tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus; training provided.

As a Uline Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll build customer relationships, provide solutions and deliver legendary service.
