• Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle all front desk related activities including:
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with questions.
• Check members into the system.
• Assist with new member sign-up.
• Take prospective members on tours.
• Facilitate updates to members' accounts.
• Respond to member questions and concerns professionally, escalating as needed.
• Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
• Close the shift for the business day.
• Create a bank deposit for the next day.
• The Overnight Closer (Member Services Representative) is responsible for creating a positive member experience through superior customer service, closing the shift, and preparing the bank deposit.

Physical Demands
