Job Title: Overnight Closer (Member Services Representative)

Planet Fitness is seeking a dedicated Overnight Closer to provide excellent customer service and ensure smooth shift transitions. The role involves greeting members, managing front desk activities, assisting with member sign-ups, and maintaining the cleanliness of the club. The Overnight Closer is also responsible for closing the shift and preparing the bank deposit for the next day.

Responsibilities

1. Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
2. Handle all front desk activities, including:

• Answer phones and assist callers.
• Check members into the system.
• Sign up new members.
• Guide prospective members on tours.

Update member accounts as needed.

Respond to member questions and concerns professionally, escalating to management when necessary.

Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the club.

Close the shift at the end of the day and prepare the bank deposit.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Passion for fitness and health.
• Positive attitude and punctuality.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Must be 18 or older.

Physical Demands

• Stand and walk continuously during shifts.
