Open Sky Community Services is seeking an Asleep Overnight Counselor to support overnight and morning routines within a trauma-informed program in Central Massachusetts. The role may include responding during emergencies and assisting with morning activities, documentation, and adherence to agency policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development and achievement of program goals and objectives.
• Implement prescribed medication and health-related protocols.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized service, support, and behavior plans.
• Complete assigned overnight and morning responsibilities, including ensuring all required checklists and documentation are completed by the end of the shift.
