Job summary

Open Sky Community Services is seeking an Asleep Overnight Counselor to support overnight and morning routines alongside the Awake Overnight Counselor. The role may involve sleeping during designated overnight periods, but must respond during emergencies and assist with morning activities.

The position offers overnight responsibilities, adherence to prescribed health protocols, and participation in individualized plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development and achievement of program goals and objectives.
• Implement prescribed medication and health-related protocols in accordance with agency policies and applicable regulations.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized service, support, and behavior plans.
• Complete assigned overnight and morning responsibilities, including ensuring all required checklists and documentation are completed by the end of the shift.
