Job summary

Open Sky Community Services in Massachusetts seeks an Awake Overnight Counselor to provide guidance, supervision, and compassionate support during overnight hours, helping individuals with morning routines and daily living activities.

You will follow crisis intervention procedures, implement health and medication protocols, assist with transportation, and maintain timely documentation, while benefiting from generous paid time off and education support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record required.
• Reliable, willing to learn, and open to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Utilize crisis intervention techniques and follow agency procedures during emergencies.
• Implement health, medical, and medication protocols per agency policies.
• Assist individuals with transportation and travel coordination as required.
• Review, complete, and maintain all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
