Job summary

Open Sky Community Services is seeking an Asleep Overnight Counselor to work with the Awake Overnight Counselor, providing support during overnight and morning hours in Central Massachusetts. You may sleep during designated periods but must respond to emergencies and assist with morning routines and program needs.

Responsibilities include following health-related protocols, contributing to individualized plans, and ensuring all checklists and records are completed by shift end.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable, willing to learn, and open to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in developing and achieving program goals.
• Implement prescribed medication and health-related protocols.
• Develop and implement individualized service, support, and behavior plans.
• Complete overnight and morning responsibilities with required checklists and documentation.
