Open Sky Community Services seeks an Awake Overnight Counselor to support individuals during overnight hours, assist with morning routines, and promote independence and well-being. You will contribute to a safe, clean environment and advocate for community inclusion, following trauma-informed practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention and follow agency procedures during emergencies.
• Implement health, medical, and medication protocols per policy.
• Assist individuals with transportation and travel coordination as needed.
• Review, complete, and maintain all required documentation promptly and accurately.
