Job summary

Open Sky Community Services in Massachusetts is seeking an Assistant Program Coordinator to work alongside direct support staff, provide services, supervise overnight staff, and assist the Program Coordinator with staffing, program operations, and budget-related tasks.

Responsibilities include completing required documentation, supporting transportation, behavioral support, skill development, mentoring, and recreational activities; promoting community engagement and personal growth;

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record, required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Complete required documentation and support the delivery of individual and group-based services, transportation, behavioral support, skill development, mentoring, and recreational activities.
• Implement activities that promote community engagement, relationship building, personal growth, and the development of valued social roles.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized service, support, and goal plans.
• Participate in the program's on-call rotation.
