Job summary

Bozzuto, based in Miami, is seeking an Overnight Concierge to welcome residents and visitors with a warm, home-like interaction. You’ll own first impressions and build lasting relationships, knowing residents and even four-legged family members by name.

In this Sun-Thu, 11p-7a role you’ll plan events, keep front desk operations organized, and help grow a sense of community while using a variety of software tools to support daily duties and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in hospitality, retail, travel or hotel environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset.
• Able to use various software and apps confidently.
• Detail-oriented with ability to anticipate resident needs.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds for packages and events.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and prospects and create a strong first impression.
• Plan and execute engaging events to foster community.
• Maintain consistent brand experience and a well-cared-for community.
• Generate awareness and interest via social media.
• Encourage residents to post positive reviews online.
• Organize front desk logs, package rooms, club reservations and freight elevators.
• Work weekends or evenings as required by shift.
