Job summary

DoorDash’s Community Response team seeks a seasoned people leader to oversee a team of agents dedicated to safety incidents across Consumers, Merchants, and Dashers. You will manage daily operations, drive quality and speed metrics, and protect the community while expanding our Trust & Safety presence.

You report to a Community Response Supervisor and will lead in-office, overnight coverage Tue-Sat 8pm–4am, within a 50-mile radius of Tempe.

Qualifications

• 2+ years or more of people management or team lead experience.
• Ability to motivate a team and set and achieve targets.
• Strong data analysis to drive decisions and improvements.
• Experience with Salesforce, Chartio, and Excel for reporting.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts and in-office when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Community Response agents to meet operational KPIs.
• Provide real-time questions support, weekly 1-on-1s and team meetings.
• Manage team goals and communicate performance to management and partners.
• Coordinate daily workflow and adjust resources to SLAs.
• Create, distribute and present performance reports to identify trends.
