Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Part-Time Variable Schedule Operations Associate at our DashMart in Tempe, AZ. You will pick and pack orders, manage inventory and shelf life, and maintain organized warehouse spaces.

You’ll handle substitutions with customers and work a flexible schedule with at least one shift every two weeks. On-site role with nightly and weekend shifts, including a $2 premium for night hours (10pm–6am) and for Flex shifts within 24 hours of need.

Qualifications

• You’re reliable, positive, and team-oriented.
• You have experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations.
• You’re detail-oriented and passionate about fresh food quality and safety.
• You can lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas (with or without accommodation).
• You have a high school diploma or GED.
