Job summary

Parkside Manor, LLC is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide high-quality care during the overnight shift. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor during the night, and document care with accuracy.

Ideal candidates are attentive, organized, and dedicated to creating a safe and respectful environment for residents, with strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care or similar settings preferred.
• Ability to work the full overnight shift 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.
• Follow care plans, policies, and instructions accurately.
• Strong communication and compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care with dignity, compassion, and professionalism.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support.
• Monitor residents throughout the overnight shift and respond promptly to calls for assistance. Take and record vital signs, report changes in condition, and communicate observations to the nursing team.
• Assist with repositioning, transfers, and fall prevention measures as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for residents.
• Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner according to facility procedures.
• Support infection control practices and follow all safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with nurses and other care team members to meet resident needs.
