Job summary

Symphony Care Network, LLC. seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver attentive daily care to Guests in our nursing department. You will support residents with ADLs, monitor health indicators, and report changes to the nursing team.

The role emphasizes dignity, privacy, and respect, with a focus on safety and infection control, documentation in PCC, and collaboration with nurses to implement individualized care plans. Night and weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and perform basic mathematics.
• Strong verbal communication with residents, staff and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to guests in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and feeding.
• Carry out assignments for guests' daily living activities.
• Monitor vital signs and document observations as required in PCC.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment, adhering to safety and infection control procedures.
