Fundamental seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our care team. The CNA will provide daily care, assist with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, and support patients across shifts.

Responsibilities include bathing, repositioning, hydration checks, and communicating patient needs to the nursing staff. Must hold an active CNA license, demonstrate reliability and English proficiency, and have dependable transportation to cover multiple shifts including 3p-11p and

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed CNA in good standing with the state.
• Able to react to emergency situations appropriately when required.
• Able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Caring individual dedicated to high quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care and services to residents and patients.
• Assist with bathing and changing linens.
• Position patients properly and ensure hydration.
• Check in on patients in morning and night; take vital signs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by nursing department.
