Job summary

US Healthcare Consulting Holdings LLC is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our nursing home team. The 11:00 PM–7:00 AM Night shift or 3:00 PM–11:00 PM Evening Shift offer flexible evening and overnight care for residents.

You will provide direct resident care, assist with activities of daily living, monitor vitals, and collaborate with nurses and staff to maintain a safe, dignified environment where residents feel supported and respected.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state of employment.
• Experience in nursing home or long-term care preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare staff.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, toileting.
• Assist residents with meals, feeding, and hydration as needed.
• Answer call lights promptly and respond to resident requests.
• Assist residents with walking, transfers, repositioning, and mobility devices.
• Take and record vital signs and report changes to the nurse.
• Provide incontinence care and maintain cleanliness and comfort.
• Assist residents with evening and bedtime routines.
• Make beds and keep rooms and common areas tidy.
• Document care provided accurately according to facility procedures.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition.
• Treat residents with dignity, respect, and compassion.
• Follow infection-control, safety, and facility policies.
