Job summary

Ecumen North Branch in North Branch, MN is seeking a Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide personal care per the resident care plan under direction of nursing staff.

This full-time position covers the 10:00pm–6:00am shift and requires compassion, reliability, and adherence to safety and privacy policies. The role includes assisting with ADLs, monitoring well-being, and documenting care activities in the resident chart.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written formats.
• Able to follow all safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADL) and daily care tasks.
• Monitor residents, report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and safety checks.
• Provide compassionate care respecting dignity.
