Staff Support Specialist

Job summary

Oak Hills Living Center in Minnesota is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. You will support residents with daily living activities, monitor health needs, and document care accurately while collaborating with nurses and other staff.

Training, including the CNA program, is provided. The role involves a 12-hour night shift, 6:00pm–6:00am, with every other weekend and holidays.

Qualifications

• CNA certification is required or provided through the program.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills are essential.
• Ability to document care accurately and work with a healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents.
• Document care accurately.
• Report incidents or changes in residents’ condition to nurse supervisor.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Interact with residents and families to address concerns.
