Job summary

Ecumen North Branch is seeking a Resident Assistant to provide personal care and delegated health-related services. You will follow individualized care plans, document care delivered, and support residents’ physical and emotional well‑being.

Qualifications include being 17+, strong communication skills, and CNA certification preferred. The role includes day/evening shifts with varying weekends and holidays in a meaningful nonprofit senior living setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 17 years of age or older.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written.
• Ability to follow safety rules and policies including HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living as delegated by the Clinical Director.
• Document services provided and observations accurately.
• Assist with medications and health-related tasks as delegated by the RN.
• Support residents with mobility, grooming, bathing, and feeding.
• Lead resident activities and maintain a safe care environment.
