Ecumen North Branch is seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant, CNA, to provide personal care and health-related services per individualized care plans. You will follow directions from nursing staff and work with residents in a caring, respectful manner.

The role includes dressing, grooming, bathing, AM/HS cares, mobility assistance, and medication administration as delegated. Benefits and a supportive team environment are available for qualifying staff.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in verbal and written formats.
• Able to follow facility safety rules, regulations and policies.
• Demonstrates compassion and professionalism in resident care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities as directed by nursing staff.
• Monitor residents and report changes to the nurse.
• Support admissions, discharges, and documentation.
• Provide personal care, grooming, bathing and feeding assistance.
• Respect resident rights and maintain safety and dignity.
