Ecumen Pathstone in Mankato, MN is hiring a Nursing Assistant CNA to join our dedicated team. We are a nonprofit senior living community offering a full range of care services, including assisted living, long-term care, rehabilitation, memory care, adult day services, independent living, homecare, and hospice.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Certified Nursing Assistant certificate (CNA).
• Must be at least 16 years old and able to communicate effectively in writing and speech.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with dressing, bathing, grooming, eating, toileting and mobility.
• Provide incontinence and oral care, and assist with devices as needed.
• Monitor vital signs and assist with range of motion exercises.
• Respond to call lights and safety needs promptly.
• Report changes to nursing staff and document accurately.
• Support admissions, discharges and maintain clear records.
• Collaborate with the care team in a dynamic environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
