Saint Therese at Oxbow Lake in Brooklyn Park is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for an overnight shift 10:00pm - 6:30am. This full-time role begins immediately to cover a leave and will transition to casual/on-call thereafter.

The CNA will assist residents with daily living activities, provide companionship, support meals and mobility, observe changes, and document care. The campus offers a welcoming team and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Completion of a state-approved CNA program.
• Current Minnesota CNA certification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers.
• Provide meals support and hydration.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Provide companionship and engagement with residents.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environment.
• Follow care plans and infection control standards.
• Complete accurate documentation in required systems.
• Collaborate with nurses and care team members.
