Job summary

Ecumen North Branch is seeking a qualified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide personal care and health-related services per the care plan, under nursing supervision. The role supports residents in daily activities, follows individualized plans, and collaborates with the care team to maintain safety and dignity.

Full-time evening shift 10:00pm-6:00am with weekend rotation and holidays. Pay ranges from $22.60 to $24.60 per hour plus a $2.00 night shift differential, plus a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Certified Nursing Assistant certificate is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats.
• Follow safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the facility.

Responsibilities

• Assists with treatments and activities of daily living per individualized care plan.
• Monitors vital signs and provides ROM exercises as needed.
• Reports changes in resident condition to the nurse and documents accurately.
• Assists with admissions, discharges, and coordination with the nursing team.
• Supports all team members and performs other duties as assigned.
