Saint Therese at Oxbow Lake in Brooklyn Park is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for overnight shifts from 10:00pm to 6:30am. The role starts as full-time to cover a leave, with hours about 40 per week, transitioning to casual/on-call thereafter.

Qualifications

• State-approved program completion for CNA eligibility.
• Current certification with Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry.
• Familiarity with state/federal healthcare regulations.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers).
• Support meals, hydration, and dining assistance.
• Observe and report changes to nursing staff.
• Provide companionship and resident-centered care.
• Maintain clean, safe care environment and complete documentation.
• Collaborate with nurses and care team on resident care.
